Ihave two dps friends and it is definately a scam. They have never given that they are aware of, nor do the promote the organization. A asked why they pass themselves off as troopers. I was told that is part of the scam. They are not allowed to do this.
called my house this evening ask for my wife. i told him to leave a message said he would call back later. i did get a call from state troopers about an hour earlier and didnt answer it. call id said the same vanmeter guy. anyone got any different addresses than hatespam?
Has called and I answered and they hung up, that was within the last week. Noticed the name on my caller id from yesterday. Same as everyone else, when i call back it says the mailbox is full. When I looked it up on the reverse directory, it said it was a T Mobile phone. Has anyone had anything stolen or their house broken into, anything like that?
