I looked up Vet Support Fund, after receiving a call from this number and on their website and Facebook was this warning:

Hi Everyone! Unfortunately someone is using the Veterans Support Fund name to try and scam people for money! Anyone who knows us knows this IS NOT what we do! People are leaving negative reviews of us because they think this is us! If you know who we are and what we do, would you please take a minute and leave a review of your experience with the Veterans Support Fund! We would greatly appreciate it. And if anyone knows how we can report these clowns for using our name please let us know so we can stop these jerks from harassing people with our good name!

On their facebook page they also address this problem and ask that anyone who receives such scam calls to please give them the number so they can try to put a stop to it.
Someone impersonating a Veterans charity and most likely PHISHING for peoples billing info. I don't give info to cold callers! If I want to donate to charity I'll contact them myself. Hung up on this impersonator and blocked the number.
Caller ID reads VET SUPPORT FD - solicitors not observing the DNC list. No one there when I said "Hello". Running out of room on my block list and had to delete some old numbers to make room!
