This Man Anthony Chase called here and asked me to send some money via a moneypak card, I called the company & they said they have no idea who he is, please do not send this man any money!

The "felon" is the [***] calling you, not you yourself, so don't worry about it. This scam is so common these days I'm surprised that there are still new people showing up on this site. The sooner everyone knows it is NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENSE TO OWE DEBT OF ANY KIND, the sooner these jerks will have to find another way to rob folks of their money. Whatever you do, DO NOT pay these scumbags, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. If you work and they threaten that they'll call your employer? I personally would ask them how it would make sense to take away my income if they're expecting me to pay them. The logic I just presented is flawless and if their MFing heads don't blow up when you say THAT to them; IDK what to tell you. I went to my HR department and told them that there were people who stole my SSN and other information that were going to call and try to "get me fired" and when they did (and they WILL), my HR rep kindly inquired WTF it had to do with my working at this company? Because, quite plainly, it usually has NOTHING to do with where you work if you owe a debt. These a-holes are trying to embarrass you into paying them money that IS NOT OWED TO THEM. It may or may not be owed to someone, but it IS NOT OWED TO THESE CRIMINALS.TRUST ME when I say that they hacked and/or bought your information from a payday loan website, whether you got the loan or not, paid or not, they DON'T KNOW because they don't have ALL THE INFO because it is not legally theirs to have, they are going to say you owe it. Learn the facts about your RIGHTS and throw those rights in their faces. Some of these imbeciles will leave you alone if you sound like you know what you're talking about, some are ballsy and won't. But, I hate to tell you, they will stop calling but they will pass your information on to the next illegal group (probably in the crackhouse next door to them) and THEY will attempt to rob you. It is not going to end until some high ranking government official's offspring is tormented day in and day out, then suddenly it will be a matter that needs to be reckoned with. Until that day, us "common folk" will have to put up with it somehow. I simply use these jerks as a "blow off steam" tool when I'm in a bad mood and feel like screaming at someone who deserves it. I call them and throw facts at them and argue until they go silent. And I call back again and again until they beg ME not to call. Then I make the "deal" with them. Stop trying to rob me and I will stop calling YOU.

received same kind of call today!! Second time someone has tried this scam on me, did not fall for it. First time, i was at police dept when they called back, cop pretended to be me, listened to everything and identified himself as police. cop got cussed out and hung up on. Im REAL good with computers and am working diligently to find out who these people are. ANYONE who needs help, e mail me at [email protected]. THIS IS [***]!! we all work too hard for our money to have it stolen from us. These people cant even speak decent english either. LMAO!!!!!!

I to received a call from 469-737-9513 from attorny Anthony Case threating me with jail since I didnt pay a payday loan.  He got out of me 966 dollars in a reloadable vanilla visa card.  I talked to my lawyer and he told me it was a scam and then I called attorney generals office consumer protection and I talked to an agent.  He said that they are bottom feeders and to never give them any money.  You never go to jail for not paying a bill.  Anthony Case called me back and I told him That when pigs fly then you will get money from me. I told him if he pursue calling me I will call the FBI because he is in Dallas, TX and they will go after the building of them.
