My phone has not stopped ringing all day!!! the Anthony Chase as tried to say that i have to go to court and they called my job several times and i had my husband call and pretend to be a lawyer and he said to my husband what is your full name and bar code when my husband said im sorry i cant understand you they Anthony Chase told him to kiss my A$$
This man "Anthony Chase" is saying that I owed 588.35 for a payday loan and if I didn't pay he would have me arrested. He is also harassing myself and employees at my job because he calls there too. Unfortunately I fell for it because he had someone calling me saying he's from humble police and that if I didn't pay I would have a warrant. After I paid he now says I owe 1987$ and I know that I do not owe that. I've already filed a police report with humble police for harassment. He leaves me horrible voicemails and he wont leave me alone. Hopefully there is some way to have him shut down because this is a nightmare.
David fisher from Watkins and Associates keeps calling my phone as well. My identity was stolen and now they call and call day and night. I have never used a payday loan facility.get real that's a rip off too. Don't they charge some ridiculous amount like 700%? I don't even answer the phone they can't leave a message its full now thanks to them and I don't erase them. Who cares anyway if every who owed money went to jail no one would be free except millionaires. You can't go to jail for oweing money or I would have been up under the jail. I'm not paying one penny that I don't owe anyone so get a life David Fisher and find someone else to harass. I can play the game as long as you can.Hopefully David and his scam business will be shut down for good.
I received a phone call from a Anthony Chase on 3/27/2013 stating that he is with the law office of Watkins & Associates. He then proceeded to tell me that he had received an Affidavit in my name. He also read my social security number to me and wanted to know if I was the person he was trying to find. I was very hesitant but replied, yes. This Anthony Chase then asked me in a really rude tone of voice if I knew why he was calling. I replied, No. He then proceeded to tell me that I had taken a paycheck advance loan from some company that I had never heard of. He then told me he was going to recorded our conversation because he had to ask me a question. The question he proceeded to then ask me was "Do you check your emails?" I replied of course I do, when I have the time, why? He stated to me that this payday loan company(which I have never heard of and/or used at anytime in my life) had been sending me emails in regards to the $300 dollars which I had borrowed from them sometime in 2012. The more I questioned him the more unprofessional he became towards me. I was so upset I was crying. He told me he was going to contact my place of employment and that he was having a warrant issued for my arrest and that I had better get my bank statements put together and I could fight this out in court. I tried to contact him today 4/1/2013. He answered the phone and I asked him what was the law firms name was that he was with and where they were located at. Then I proceeded to say, you contacted me a couple of days ago and I wanted to gather some more information from him in regards to the phone call. He hung up on me. I tried to repeatedly call the office number back and it kept going straight into his voice mail. After the 4th time I left a message for him to return my call. Does anyone one know if this Mr. Chase is a fraud. I am wondering if my identity has been stolen. I have checked all my bank statements and I have never, ever had a 300 deposit put into my account (like most people, I think I would be aware of an extra 300 dollars but I had to check any how to make for sure) If anyone has any information they could pass on to me in regards to this I would love to know. I am going to get in contact with the Better Business Bureau as well.
