Who called from 4698289073

hangs up I recall and recieve a phone call that caller is not available...this is not the first time I recieved this call...

I didn't hear the phone ring, so it went into voice mail.  They didn't leave a message.

I get frequent calls from 469-828-9073.
When I answer, they hang up!! When I call, back
get a voice mail message prompt "mail box full".
Has anyone called the police to check and
see if this person is making calls to determine if
people are home or not, for a possible home robbery
or home invasion??

This number calls daily, sometimes more than once.  Normally just hangs up when I answer; but the one time the caller did NOT hang up, they asked for a person by first name and before I could finish explaining that they were not available they hung up.  This is INFURIATING!!!
