I have been receiving calls from Shawn at International Courier service - 469-919-5774 as well. He says he has papers for me from a debt collector. . Then he transfers me to someone else claiming I have 4 hours to wire some money to them.
I received a message from Shawn from International Couriers 469-919-5774 and he knew the last 4 digits of my Social Security Number and the county I reside in .He said I needed to make myself available on 9/3/14 between 12-4p for delivery of paperwork and after the 3rd attempt of delivery he would have no choice but to deliver to my place of employment.He also stated that I needed proof of Identity .If anyone has any further info please share.
SCAM - IF you were to receive a summons, you would not be told in advance. Please read some of the other messages on this number thread. Demand WRITTEN validation of the "debt": MAILED (post office) to you. The caller has 5 days to respond to that request. Do not accept the "we mailed it but it came back to us" excuse.
