Who called from 4699195855

Someone from this number has been calling  3 to 4 times a day for the last two weeks.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Tried to call back and digital operator "the number you have dialed is not in service".
It or who has called every 3hrs. I have seen caller id's that dont make sense lately nor can you call them back because some have the '555' digits in them . f/n scam spam mers

Received a call from this line today.  No message and called multiple times.

Received 16 calls from this number today, the number is blocked, but I'm getting a bit tired of my phone lighting up 2-3 times every hour....... These people need to go away.....

They have called close to 16 today . I dont answer but I agree   Go Away !  at 4:43  5:44  5:59  7:09  8:01 ........
