Called about 5 minutes ago. I answered and I heard someone talking in the back and then he came on the line and said, "this is Alex with Cypress" and continued to ask if he had the correct name for the business I work for AFTER I had already stated our business's name when I answered. He then started talking very quickly and mumbling asking if our address is what they had on file and something about VISA. He then apologized for being so rude and not getting my name although that was in my statement when I answered the phone. Not professional, does not talk clearly I'm assuming so you'll just give information without question.
Must be common place to receive a rude call from them. When I asked what it was about, they hung up. Called number back and pressed two to be added to no call list. Says Cypress on caller ID.
I just got in an argument and asked them to remove me from their calling list, The lady told me I was rude and I told her I was trying to run a business and it is rude of them to call here 5-10 times a day. I hope they remove me. Next time I wont be so nice.
