Called about 5 minutes ago. I answered and I heard someone talking in the back and then he came on the line and said, "this is Alex with Cypress" and continued to ask if he had the correct name for the business I work for AFTER I had already stated our business's name when I answered. He then started talking very quickly and mumbling asking if our address is what they had on file and something about VISA. He then apologized for being so rude and not getting my name although that was in my statement when I answered the phone. Not professional, does not talk clearly I'm assuming so you'll just give information without question.
Called and asked for Business owner, asked if there was just 1 business owner. I asked to take a message and he said he would call back - so I blocked him. He couldn't pronounce the owners name correctly so it was just another annoying telemarketer.
469-941-5952 Cypress has been calling me repeatedly, numerous times throughout the day, every freaking day of the week for over a month. Today, I have received 7 calls from them. I have them blocked but I still hear the phone ring one time. I returned the call and pressed 2 to be removed from their call list, but that has not done one bit of good. What the heck do I have to do to get these calls to stop?
