Called about 5 minutes ago. I answered and I heard someone talking in the back and then he came on the line and said, "this is Alex with Cypress" and continued to ask if he had the correct name for the business I work for AFTER I had already stated our business's name when I answered. He then started talking very quickly and mumbling asking if our address is what they had on file and something about VISA. He then apologized for being so rude and not getting my name although that was in my statement when I answered the phone. Not professional, does not talk clearly I'm assuming so you'll just give information without question.
I picked up and a black lady started talking. I didn't hear what she said before I said:
Me: this is a recorded message
Her: [stopped talking] this is a recorded message?
Me: [few seconds] this is a recorded message
Me: [few seconds] this is a recorded message, goodbye
Guy called from this number , I answered with my name, and the name of the store I work for. Caller asked if I was the owner, I told him no, he said he was looking for the owner, and before I could say anything he hung up. A%*ho+#!
