Called about 5 minutes ago. I answered and I heard someone talking in the back and then he came on the line and said, "this is Alex with Cypress" and continued to ask if he had the correct name for the business I work for AFTER I had already stated our business's name when I answered. He then started talking very quickly and mumbling asking if our address is what they had on file and something about VISA. He then apologized for being so rude and not getting my name although that was in my statement when I answered the phone. Not professional, does not talk clearly I'm assuming so you'll just give information without question.
A female called said her name as well as being w/ Cypress Bank, she asked for the business owner. I asked her why she needed one and she replied to let me know whats going on there on Fri., She again asked for the business owner and I said once again why do you need one and her reply...must have the wrong number...of course you do.
