Guy calls claiming to be from a collection agency saying if they cannot get money owed from my past for payday loan he will have me arrested for fraud and I am trying to find out if this is legit.
I got the same guy calling me. They are in Georgia and I'm in Texas. He had my address from 14 years ago. Just another bill collector. New tactics they are using to scare people with no money to pay inflated payday loans.
