If you have AT&T, call them and ask them how to block numbers. I made a mistake of looking up some health insurance a month ago and I've got 13 blocked numbers. Sign up for Do Not Call list.. within 30 days the unknown calls will reduce by 90%. I reported a few to the authorites and I actually got an apology. LOL.
I just received a call from this number. I had been on-line in the past couple of months helping my cousin find health insurance. The only way to find out if their insurance is available in our area is to provide a phone number. I provided my cell number and have received hundreds of call from all different "so called" health insurance companies. This one today was the first I have received in about 2 weeks. When I said I wasn't the person they asked for that I was his cousin. They immediately hung up. I wasn't able to obtain any furhter info except the number they called from appeared on my cell phone caller ID.
Just got a call from this number again...how irritating. My husband was shopping online recently for low cost health care for his children and ever since, we have been bombarded with calls from American Health Plans and United Health Plans. We have explained to them that we do not need their services and they just keep calling.
