I had a $3.99 charge on my bill...calling Bell tomorrow...classified as 8z call, where the 8 signifies "customer dialed", I did NOT dial a number in Georgia!!!
Same here, Rogers told me they would reverse it this time but now that I know, next time I will have to pay! The number belongs to Fast Track Global and to call this number 1-866-340-4990 and sort it out with them. All I get is an answer machine and they don't even reveal the company name, just that you reached customer service and to leave your name and number, including area code, What so you can scam me some more! screw that!
What purpose do these web pages, full of complaints serve if nothing is done about these companies that charge other people without their consent. This sould not even happen, it should be ilegal!
I have a message from Fastrack Global on my phone bill that I did not make. I called their customer service, but only got voicemail. The call was made to 478-285-9705. Is there anyone that can help with this?
This is the 2nd time this appeared on my Bell aliant bill. Called Bell again and they removed it again. I don't know what crap is going on but it's a scam for sure.
I had the same thing on my phone bill, it says I used directory assistance to make the call...but, NO, i did not call for da..and no I did not make the call, they took it off of my bill.3.99 plus tax = 4.51
