Got a call from this number claiming someone else was using my windows ip address and he could help me fix it.
I barely understood the man (sounded like he had serious accent from India) I knew he was full of crap so I hung up on him.
I missed a call from this number on my cell phone, I called back 20 minutes after the missed call. Before doing so I found this site and read the comments, and figured out it was a spam or fraud call. A you man answered the call and said "good afternoon GE Capital bank", and as soon as I mentioned I was returning a call to my number the guy hung up. That indicates the 3rd or 4th variance in the story line this spamster/fraudster is using in less than a month. Something is up with this number.
