said my warranty is a about to expire. I'v have had several calls like this in the past press 1 to talk to a rep press 2 to be taken off the call list. Well 2 does not work.. and when i push 1 and get some one as soon as i say take me off the call list they hang up on me.....
Got a call on May 12, 2008 at 3:40pm CST. Warrenty specilaist calling me that my warranty is about to expire and if I press 1 they will switch me to an operator who will update the warranty. Never say what or who the warranty is for, then they hang up when I start asking the questions. These are unwated calls.. Our number is on the no called list in Wisconsin and there is nothing that is being donew to stop these calls.
When you get these kind of calls try pressing # repeatedly. It will make the computer that is making the call think that it is a fax machine. The calls will stop for awhile. Another way to do it is to leave your phone on for awhile until they hang up them selves. It works for awhile but they always seem to call back. [***]! If you let an answer machine get it it will think someone is answering and it will call back again the same time the next day. They track the phone call pick ups based best time to call. Press # repeatedly every telemarketing call.It takes a few weeks but you will get less and less calls from them. Please pass along to others.
