Got a call on May 12, 2008 at 3:40pm CST. Warrenty specilaist calling me that my warranty is about to expire and if I press 1 they will switch me to an operator who will update the warranty. Never say what or who the warranty is for, then they hang up when I start asking the questions. These are unwated calls.. Our number is on the no called list in Wisconsin and there is nothing that is being donew to stop these calls.
Has anyone sent this complaint to their states Attorney General's Office and/ or the Department of Consumer Affairs office? I'm confident that should help. I've had my number less than a month and I'm already getting calls. I thought the numbers were supposed to lie dormant for about 60 days.
