If unsuccessful, a notice will be mailed to you that contains next steps for processing your application. There is no phone number you can call to contact Serco."
I got a call from this #.....funny story! They do not have my cell #.....They have my landline. They called me on my cell. The article also says that they will leave a message each time they are unsuccessful...they were unsuccessful and did not leave a message. I think they would have left a message if legit....that's just my thoughts tho....
i go so tired of the runarounds and mistakes the Obamacare gang made that i went to the VA and now get my insurance through them. I got this call the same day I received my letter informing me that my ACA insurance had been cancelled.
One hand not knowing what the other hand is doing...
this is from the Health Care Market Place Website: If you get a call from the Marketplace
After you apply you may get a phone call from the Marketplace asking you to verify or provide more information. If we don’t have this information we may not able to process your application.
Follow these tips to help prevent fraud:
If your phone has caller ID, check the number. The display may show one of these:
Health Insurance MP
606-260-4191
479-877-3203
636-698-6320
580-354-7707
I was called by the 479 number, "agent did not identify himself by name or agent ID Number, so i refused to answer any questions. even though the number looks legit.
This is NOT a legitimate number for the health insurance marketplace. I called and confirmed with them today that they do not have any Arkansas-based numbers. My cellphone number has been targeted for multiple scams lately, I can only assume that this is yet another. I am simply going to stop answering the phone if I do not recognize the number.
