Maybe the guy who called you is my boyfriend. He has been using this number to call me for over 6 months now. He thinks o believe its his.number but I know better. I finally realized that all the numbers his.has been using since we have been together are fake. He wont give me his real number. So I guess im the stupid one.
I got a call today in regards to a Craigslist item I posted. It sounded like a young girl acting like she had a speech impediment. Wanted my address. I hung up and they called again but I did not answer.
What was the item you posted, cause like I said my BF calls me every day with that number. So I googled the number again ans and I found that some escort has been using this same #. So know I really want.to know whos number this really is.
I just got a call from this number and the male who was speaking had to repeat his name 10+ times! Finally I figured out he was saying "George King" and I said what do you want? He said he was the driver of the truck that is going to be delivering my American Clearing House prize from Washington DC and he needs my address. He said "I'm in your City & State" so I said "Which city are you talking about" knowing it was a scam. He said "Your city" and he said "You have your information set to private so I don't know, I need your address" - I said that the police would be calling him back and hung up. I called the number back and it said "The Magic Jack customer you are calling is not able to take your call, please leave a message" so I hung up. Next time they call, I'll keep them on the line longer just to make him keep saying "George King" thirty more times. It was obviously an overseas call because I spoke and then 2 seconds later I would hear the echo then the caller would answer from the echo. The sad thing is they do this because SOME people actually get caught up in it! I only answer calls that I don't recognize because my kids and spouse are out of the house all day and would hate to miss a call if they were in need of reaching me.
