Woken up twice by call from this number to my cell phone, each time hung up before I could answer. dialed number and got a human voice to text answering service who wouldn't identify caller and said the service is used by deaf/disabled people and my message (to stop calling) would be sent by e-mail to the subscriber.
some sort of scam. when you call back, they don't identify themselves but a smarmy recording mentions various cruise lines and claims you've won some sort of prize. all you have to do is push a few buttons or stay on the line... danger will robinson, danger.
