I received a call from this number. It was a genuine call from Charter (now Spectrum) from a automated system to confirm an appointment for a service technician to visit my home. It is not a scam.
This is totally a scam, and people who say it's not are part of the scam. There's no reason for one company to have so many 'wrong numbers.' Don't pick it up. Ignore it.
