Called me...automated message asking to press #9 to lower credit card rate. Pressed 9 and then talked to a guy who was basically trying to get my credit card info. BEWARE!!! major scam
I am in Mass and received a call from this number. It was recording stating their name was Rachael and they were calling in regards my credit card interest rate. Hung up since I have received so many other calls like this and they are all scams. Plus I would never give any information to someone that called me. Legimate companies do not call asking for account information. So much for the do not call list yet again.
just got a call & listen to their spill about lowering interest rates - i pressed 9 so i could talk to a person - a lady (i am giving her credit) answered and i asked "how do i get our number removed from your data base"? - she hung up
Received an automated message from the number above re: lowering my credit card interest rate. I pressed 9 for more details and was connected to an illiterate female with a southern accent.
She struggled to inform me with the name of her "company," sputtering fragment sentences and asking painfully rhetorical questions.
After a few minutes of boredom I interupted her attack on the English language and stated that I am an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and recording this call. I continued with stating that her involvement with her company would find her criminally responsible for all matters pertaining to soliciting credit information in a fraudulent matter..... Before I could finish I heard a *click*
15th Time they have called me,when I asked to be removed from the calling list the person on the other end began cussing me and threating me.When i told him I was aware of who and where it was he is calling from he hung up!
Report these calls to the do not call list and they will stop!
Just received a call from this nuimber on my cell phone. It also it was from my credit card and I cold lower my interest rate. Sounded like a scam to me so I hung up.
