I have received threatening phone calls from steve anderson with us nati onal bank the federal crime division. They have harrassed me at my home and my work for 1 month now. They say their are going to download my file and take me to court,they have swore at me and my child. they even went as far as to read me my rights. i wanted to stop the calls though and almost did till i read this sight. they said it was a pay day loan from 2005. i also talked to james maxwell both with middle eastern accents they did sound like the same man though.they also called from phone number 214-618-5898 i am filing apolice report tonight.

i have been receiving these phone calls for months now! the secretaries at my job are getting really annoyed! i told them i dont work here anymore just to stop the calls but that doesnt work. they call at least 4 times a day. each time a different name. They never give an address. it started out at the national bank.. now they have gone on to calling themselves some criminal investigations whatever. So, now the people at my job are starting to wonder if i'm a freakin criminal! how the hell do i get them to stop calling. i am going to start calling them back and harrassing them like one of the other posts says and see what happens, because hanging up on them has no effect. they are VERY persistent and will not let up. My biggest mistake is the very first time they called me i was an idiot and fell for it and sent some money. i didnt know i couldnt be arrested and i got very nervous so now i guess they think they can get more out of me. i've gotten nasty with them. i've done the 50 questions to them. tripped them up in there script to thepoint where the calls actually stopped for a few months but here they go again and more than ever! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!! Whether they are ligit or not, they have violated soooooo many laws as far as debt collection these people have GOT to be prosecuted in some way! its now just up to our worthless government to find them!
There is a man calling himself either Daniel Stewart, Danile, Roger Clark or George Clark calling frm0 various numbers: 214-61-5898,410-282-6893, 410-282-6892, 410-282-6894, 832-546-128?, 480-282-6894, and more. They claim to be calling from a division of the US National Bank and that they are calling about a legal matter and that either I or my attonrey should phone them back about this time sensitive matter. And he usualy wished me good luck. I called once and gave him the name of my attonrey. He was not interested. I asked what this was all about and he told me it was about a loan that I took out over two years ago. I have no records of this loan. He told me it was in the amont of $270.00 and that I owed him $500.00. I aksed him for documentation and he got real angry with me. So I had my attorney call them but they would not speak to them.
A man named Russell Crenshaw contacted me with the same s@#$ as well. Then another man called me today saying that he was going to f@#$ me up and he called me a [***] because I was cursing him out about him harrassing me all of the time. I pretended that I was an attorney and he became angry with me.
The National Crime Investigation Bureau has called over 80 times today at work and on my cell phone posing as an officer with a badge number. They are a SCAM. They said that they would cntinue to call until I was fired and cussed out my supervisor on the phone. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. They wanted us to call them at 970-514-7006. DO NOT CALL very vulgar and poor english.
