I received a call from this number, 2 actually.  I was asleep and woke up to a voicemail.  He read the last 4 of my s.s. and said I need to speak to him if I don't want to go to court.  I applied for a payday loan but once I saw the crazy % interest they want back I never claimed the loan, I was just approved for it.  Called up to mess with them, lady got very angry saying she needed to speak to "me" and not who I was pretending to be because "I" will face up to 5 years in prison. Pretty crazy.  No idea what to do or if I even have to do something.  [email protected] if anyone has any input or could help.  Thanks

I started receiving calls from them yesterday. They called my phone number 4 times in six minutes and finally left a voicemail.  He said his name was John Phillip (with a very thick Indian accent) and claimed to be from the "Legal Department of American Legal Services". When I called them back, they claimed the person that had called me, was on the other line and they asked if they could help.  They asked for the number they called me at and then pulled up my "information".  They said I owed money to "Ace Cash Express" in the amount of $489.  When I told them I had never heard of the company and I was not paying them any money, they hung up on me. I am curious to see if the calls stop (I am guessing they will not). I am still filing a complaint with anyone I can. i just wish there was more we could do for companies such as these. Please let me know if anyone finds out anything else we can do.

I just reported them.  I have been getting calls at work and home for over a year.  They have even said they are going to take my social security number away.  These people are scammers but it does but your nerves on edge after talking to them.

I just received several calls from the Allentown, PA number stating they had a lawsuit against me.  They seem to have an Indian/Middle eastern accent.  I got very pushing with them.  When I threatened them, they hung up and called me right back with changed names, but the same people...are they stupid?  I told them to be careful we could hunt them down like Osama if they wanted.  I haven't received another call.

Jerry Barger is with law enforcement agency and wants me to call or there would be bad circumstances happen to the last 4 digits of my social security number.  I called Cash America and they said to ignore the calls due to someone stealing their data base infomation.
I never even borrowed money from this place.
