they say "survey" to bypass the do not call rules.  its obvious theyre trying to sell you something.

I received a call too. Left no message. Found the area code is Penn. Very annoying

Does anyone know how to  get off these random call lists?  I already registered with the Do not Call.. but that doesn't seem to help.

Just received a call from this number - no message left. If you have an android phone get an app called easy filter and add them to your list. It will block all calls from that number
