Who called from 4844890922

They called me 4 times in 15 minutes, wouldn't leave a message, and would hang up when I tried to answer, would hang up.  Calling them back gets a message that "you received a phone call for a marketing survey, whose time has expired.  Press "2" if you wish to receive no more such calls."  HOWEVER, pressing "2" just appears to provide confirmation of a valid number for them to spam, and cycles the message back to the start.

Must be scam, no message and I don't know anybody in this area

Called on my cell and hung up when I answered the phone.

Called land line today, cell yesterday.  ID said "Skype."

I do not want calls from this number
