A guy with a foreign accent called, said they were a mortgage co, told him I wasnt interested in a refi, he said thats not why he's calling but kept asking for my home loan info, interest rate, loan amount, etc. He said they are a program to make people aware of better rates. Then started again with asking for info so I just hung up.
They keep calling me at leats 4 times a day and i have told them to put me on the no call list. the last time they called me i told the guy i was at work and he said "yeah me too." and hung up on me. so im over it i called the number back and it sent me to an automated answering service so i left a message.
I called the number back ,was supposedly U.S. Mortgage, also Latino accent, told them they were calling my cell. Said he would take my number off. We will see....
I just got a call from this number. They were trying to 'pre-qualify' home mortgages that involved paying high interest rates. I told him I did not have a mortgage and then hung up.
What Aaron says is true Maria! I had a home phone and a home fax on two different lines. One was xxx-9426 and the other was xxx-9427! The home phone would ring (spam) and next the the fax machine would ring (and give me spam!) It's robo dialing.....numerically!
