Continues to call claiming a debt owed, but refuses to give any actual information of who they are, or the debt, or even WHO allegedly owes the debt as they solicit personal information.
When no one answers, they continually call with the same tired computer call.
This number called and left a message about winning a free trip. I hung up and then added the number to my block call list. I do that with every telemarketer call that comes in. I NEVER answer unknown calls and then I immediately add the number to my do not answer/block call list.
Sometimes I pick up the phone and just lay it down somewhere ( surveys, etc.) They finally hang up when there's no response. I have received calls from this 501 # almost daily, got one today, we have caller ID, but no call blocker.
