Received call from lady who dropped her headset, laughed and then proceeded to tell me that I had an award that was expiring. Hit the Red Button sending her to my call blocker. From "Unknown Name"
Woman laughed and said she was having trouble with her headset, said I'd stayed at one of their resorts before and that I'd won a trip to Orlando. Hotel, rental car, yada yada yada. When she said she had just a few questions before transferring me, I asked her which of their resorts I'd stayed at and when, because I didn't think I actually had. She pretended again to have headset issues, said same thing about asking me questions/transferring. I told her again that I wanted to know first which resort and when. She asked again about asking me questions before transferring the call. I told her no she may not. She hung up.
Same experience as others just reporting here (Nov 16, 2016 11:15 am) - female voice, headset problems, ask few questions, etc. It was an auto response unit I'm sure because it couldn't handle my non-yes/no answer.
