Any agency that asks for a social security # on the phone is a scam period!

Hey.  St. Louis Target, you need to call the FBI or at least your local police department / phone company and let them know your experience.  That is blatant identity theft.

502-208-8482  called my moms cell phone its was another lower your credit rate auto dailer. Our cell and home phone numbers are on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to help.
