This is the same "Card Account Services" that's been calling my home number literally once a month for the past six months. Now it seems they're calling my cell phone (which I don't give out to anyone). Both my home number and cell number are on the FTC and state of FL Do Not Call list, which obviously this company ignores.
This call was their usual recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rates, but this time they called at 9:11 AM on a Saturday morning and woke me up! When I pressed 1 to speak to an operator, nothing happened and the phone got disconnected.
I seriously don't think anything will happen to this company since they're obviously using fake numbers and none of their reps will give out the company's name or address... assuming a rep even comes on the line. Does anyone know how the FTC or state Do Not Call List administrators will go after this company without a name and address?
If it helps anyone, here's the list of previous times they've called me and the numbers they've used:

I got an operator, who slurred her name (Shanja?) and when I asked who was calling threw out some blurb about credit cards, Chase, etc. When I asked her again which company this was, she hung up.
