I googled Miller Nash and found this. I don't know if this is the right people or not, but the area code is the same. My husband recently passed away and I get a lot of odd calls (mostly scams) in the past few months:

Thank you for this information. Sorry to hear of your loss, and I wish there were laws with very serious consequences for scammers who prey on the grief of family survivors. There needs to be a site like this one for people to report such calls... then there needs to be a phone company who would investigate, locate, and eradicate these vermin.
I finally got to speak with a person and found out this is a telemarketing call. I deduced that the woman I spoke with is a secretary for the attorney in whose name the phone is listed. I believe she is using the office phone to make calls in probably her own telemarketing business... OR the attorney, Nash, owns the telemarketing call center and the phone exchange is in his name (dumb move on his part). They are outrightly violating the DO NOT CALL LIST provisions of Federal Law. I am going to report them and so should anyone else who gets a call from them.
