10:30 at night someone using that number called my home. when I tried to call back using *69 the report was the line is busy. 9:45am the same person called again making disgusting noises, I hung up they did not.
If its a hotline number the manager must not be in the room. I'm glad for this public forum, but will someone check further into them hiring children badly managed.
You're STILL calling people that do not want to be called and have most likely told you not to. If you are told that, BY LAW you are not to call. Also, as you are a SURVEY takers, you are in the same boat as telemarketers and if you are calling people on the Do Not Call list, you're in violation of that as well.
Scroll down to the section titled "Will all telemarketing calls stop if I register?" Take note of the statement about surveys.
Now the part you mentioned about not calling numbers when requested is correct. By law, telemarketers that are not required to screen numbers against the DNC list before calling are required to maintain an internal DNC list and place numbers on it when requested. The law allows them 30 days to comply with the request.
I made an error in the name of this company, using the name in the second post "Consumer Opinion Group" which is a shuttered business: http://www.bizapedia.com/oh/THE-CONSUMER-OPINION-GROUP.html
If the Correct name of the company is "CONSUMER OPINION SERVICES, INC.", then that company is in business and is proven here: http://www.bbb.org/western-washington/busines ... attle-wa-500367#
http://www.bizapedia.com/wa/CONSUMER-OPINION-SERVICES-INC.html
I try to make truthful and honest posts based on research, but in this case I failed to catch the difference in the two names. My apologies.
