Who called from 5034571413

Five more calls to report, one new number/caller ID combo to the onslaught of calls I've been getting lately:

480-894-9398 @ 2012-10-13 12:25pm - HIGHLANDS
503-457-1413 @ 2012-10-15 10:24am - FINANCIAL SVC (new, but I've seen "FINANCIAL CTR" a lot)
480-381-1963 @ 2012-10-16 09:31am - WIRELESS CALLER
732-807-5611 @ 2012-10-16 05:14pm - HERTAG SVC
480-214-2884 @ 2012-10-16 06:13pm - HIGHLANDS

I suspect these are part of the same scam organization that stuck my number in their auto-dialer seven months ago and has been harassing me ever since.  More detail and numbers that have been bombarding me with calls are listed in my posts here:

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
