to the idiot that said that you should just set your phone down , they will keep calling you back ,and any collection agency will assume you are the debtor. If you are not the person they are trying to get ahold of , say this is the wrong company and hang up. If they call again ask for there mgr , and tell them , trust me the last things collectors want is to be persuing the wrong company. You also have to understand that debtors will lie and say it is the wrong company too , so they may ask you some questions.
Just received a call from 504-469-9545 - Coface North Co. looking for our credit manager. Said he was not here at the moment. I asked purpose of call and she (jessica) said they would help us with overdue accounts. I asked (politely) to remove our name and address from their list. She said they would and hung up loudly! Annoying, annoying calls.
Have been receiving RUDE collection calls from this agency to my office!! They never identify themselves, when I inquire about the details for the "delinquent bill" they won't give them. - saying they have signatures etc that prove we owe it. The last few calls I have hung up on the caller in the middle of them yelling at me. - called for manager and & left a message. If I'm not contacted back - I'm filing an official harassment complaint to whatever agency I have to!!
they always woke me up at 7:00am never leave messages. Is there someone we can report them? i thought there are laws prevent them to call before 8:00am?
just recieved a call a few seconds ago from male asking or kenneth cook which is no one my company has hired. i asked who is was and he said (something) costas with (whatever company he mentioned). i told him who he was really calling and he asked, "oh this isn't freedom [***]"? lol wow i just placed call on hold and waited for him to hang up.
