Got a call from Nathan this morning, from "Altus GTS", asked him exactly what he was looking for as he advised he was doing private investigation and wanted our accts receivable, then advised that he would be calling back this afternoon. Poor kid was tripping all over himself and admitted he was trying to collect his scrambled thoughts. Asked him what his contact number was (306-906-8022 xt 2216). Went further to ask him if he had a reference number, which he did not. Also asked if we had an outstanding debt to which he replied "No, Oh God" and hung up.
Please call me back this afternoon Nathan I look forward to having you hang up on me again because you have no idea what you are doing.
Started receiving calls from 504-469-9545. Caller ID says Altos GTS. The caller, whom I'll refer to as "Douche" asked for "the controller" of the company (the person who handles finances). I told Douche that that person wasn't here and asked what his call was regarding. Douche hung up. Stop calling me you friggin' turd.
Without identifying herself or her company, asked for the "financial controller" (as if there's any kind of controller that isn't financial?)
When prompted for a name, she told me she would call back, she hadn't "read [her] notes yet"
And after 17 psychotic phone calls later, I filed a complaint with both the Texas AG and the Louisiana AG.
Look, Atlus employee, if you can't handle getting shut down by whoever answers the phone, you might want to find a job.
(First call came up as 000-000-0000-Lady calls and asks for "the person who handles the "credit rating?" or something- did not offer her name or company name until I asked for it- then she gave it quickly as if she was annoyed by such an "intrusive question" when i asked for the reason for the call she told me rather rudely "credit rates" so i out her into the President's voicemail. she called immediately back from this 504-469-9545 and tells me "you just put me into Steve's voicemail. can i talk to someone in A/R- i told her "no- you can leave a message for Steve and he will get back to you if he is interested in what you are calling about" She said ok- thanks- and i dropped her into his voicemail again
So tired if Rude people who think being Rude is an ok to conduct Business.
