Indian accent-says he is from CenturyLink and it's customer appreciation month. They are dropping my long distance monthly charge down to $5 per month and my international to .40 per minute. I pay .15 per minute now, and no monthly charge for long distance.-Scammer!
Caller with strong accent identified himself as Alice - I think he meant to say Alex (lol) and stated he was calling from my phone company. I asked him "which one?", and he replied "the one you are using right now". I laughed and hung up on "Alice".
Very strong Indian accent and I could barely make out what he was saying, caller ID only said 'Louisiana', it sounded like he was trying to sell us long distance phone service. When I told him the boss was in surgery he asked for an assistant manager and seemed thrown by my reply that we don't have one. I told him I am not authorized to make decisions regarding phone service and he launched into a reiteration of fast-paced heavily-accented long distance deals so I hung up.
This phone number keeps calling our business number. They claim they are with Frontier updating our phone listing. I hung up after about 10 minutes the first time, they called back i told them I dont have time, and they continously calling and I continously hang up. I called Frontier and they are not affliated with them.
