This is a scam. I got a call from New Mexico this afternoon. I answered because I just moved from there a few months ago. Anyway, it was an automated message saying they were trying to deliver a package and to press 1 to schedule a new delivery time. I am not expecting a package so I hung up and called the number back. A man answered saying it was a debt collection from a payday loan from years ago. I have never had a payday loan so I was curious. He said they were trying to send me a notice to appear in court and my address needed to be updated. The scary thing is: This guy had so much information. He had my full name, email address, previous address, my old bank name, and even my profession. I knew it was a scam at that point because I have been having my mail successfully forwarded and also there is nothing negative on my credit report. If it was legitimate, after the loan defaults it goes to collections which gets reported to the credit bureaus. Anyway, I wanted to end the call politely so told him I needed to look into it and he said "I feel like you're blowing me off" in a very irritated way. I said "No, just not going to give out my personal information before doing my research". Then he got angry and said "Well this is a recorded call, so it's recording you refusing to update your information. That won't look good on you in court". To which I said "I'm glad it's recorded, hopefully your boss hears how rude you are to customers" and he told me I wasn't a customer and he can speak to me the way he sees fit. I hung up and, just to double check, I looked online to see if I had any legal action pending against my name... which I did not. Do NOT give these people any personal information. They already have certain info about you so they seem trustworthy but do not fall for it. These people need to either be in jail or grow up and get a real job like those of us that they try to scam. Losers.

Called yesterday about a package being undeliverable, pretty fake automated service included, though I wasn't expecting a package I just hung up. They called again today from Grants, NM. Left no voicemail. Called them back twice *67 style and a wonderful voicemail of Mr. John Rush of LNS had his voicemail play twice. Tried to find that person on Linked in, and throughout the Internet and not a damn thing. It's a scam and being a scam they should really realize that since I'm military that they really shouldn't you with any of us.
