Call ID said Enid, OK. A woman proceeded to tell me there was a problem with my computers firewall, I asked which computer, to which she answered "the one running windows operating system." I asked which windows version and she didn't know. I asked her if she knew nothing about my computer, but knew all about my firewall, and she hung up.
Caller had a think Indian accent. Told me she was calling from "PC Support" and that scans had indicated my computer had picked up a virus. I asked what company they were calling from and they said they were calling regarding my Windows license. I asked her to read my Windows license registration number from her screen, which she claimed she had. She kept trying to direct me to find it on my computer. I insisted she provide the information without me prompting it. She asked if I was Spanish or if I spoke English, called me a "donkey," and hung up.
