Today is Sept. 6, 2011 I recieved 9 phone calls in 1minute about a payday loan. These people have call me on several occassional threatening to take me to court. I don't owe for a payday loan. They are very harrassing. I welcome the court date they are threatening with. The problem with threatening to take me to court is that they don't have the Balls to do it. They think they will harrass money out of me that I don't owe. Calling the police and making complaints is useless and they know it. They think the people they harrass are stupid and uneducated and will fall for anything. They will never see a dime from me. I OWE THEM NOTHING. I don't even know the name of the company because everytime I ask the person mumbles or the call will go silent despite multiple request of name of company. Very annoying and HARRASSING. THEY ARE HARASSING ME AND OTHER PEOPLE. They have been calling my phone for over a month now saying I owe them since July 2011. If I owed them they would have been sending me letters or already taken me to court. The other things is that they change phone numbers all the time even using numbers for my area code, different area codes and private or unlisted numbers. Again very HARRASSING AND ANNOYING. For me I can turn my phone off, screen my calls. If that important they can leave me a voice message. They won't do that because then you will have evidence of threatening phone calls. Fortune for me they did leave several which I forwarded to My State's Attorney's office.
A scam artist by the name of brett rogers called claiming I owe a payday loan, this is the same scam artist that has been bothering my home, work and cell repeatedly. I have been steadly blocking there numbers, but they always seem to change to new ones monthly...I wish there was a way to stop them from harrassing my work..
yea they keep calling my job as well from different numbers i had to file a police report because they called 20 time in a two min time frame today at work dang [***]
They called again today 23 times and i have told them i have filed a police eport against them but they are still calling. Calling the police again this time they are going have to trace the call because their phone numbers are blocked now.
I thought this guy was collecting on a payday loan that I received. Although, I am not sure who he is. I paid him $350 on a payday loan he wanted to collect. I also got calls from 401-526-2722 from someone claiming to be from All State Legal Dept. I took out one payday loan and have three people calling to collect on it. While all these phone calls were going on, my bank account was debited for another $250 by CashnetUSA WHICH IS who I thought this guy was.
