Today is Sept. 6, 2011 I recieved 9 phone calls in 1minute about a payday loan. These people have call me on several occassional threatening to take me to court. I don't owe for a payday loan. They are very harrassing. I welcome the court date they are threatening with. The problem with threatening to take me to court is that they don't have the Balls to do it. They think they will harrass money out of me that I don't owe. Calling the police and making complaints is useless and they know it. They think the people they harrass are stupid and uneducated and will fall for anything. They will never see a dime from me. I OWE THEM NOTHING. I don't even know the name of the company because everytime I ask the person mumbles or the call will go silent despite multiple request of name of company. Very annoying and HARRASSING. THEY ARE HARASSING ME AND OTHER PEOPLE. They have been calling my phone for over a month now saying I owe them since July 2011. If I owed them they would have been sending me letters or already taken me to court. The other things is that they change phone numbers all the time even using numbers for my area code, different area codes and private or unlisted numbers. Again very HARRASSING AND ANNOYING. For me I can turn my phone off, screen my calls. If that important they can leave me a voice message. They won't do that because then you will have evidence of threatening phone calls. Fortune for me they did leave several which I forwarded to My State's Attorney's office.

Today is Sept. 6, 2011 at 3:50 pm today I recieved 5 more calls back to back within 1 minute from this company again. after the 5th call I answered and the same company different person again saying I owe them money from an online payday advance. This person says he was from the Massachusetts Department of Fianacial Fraud and that they were investigating me for theft by deception. This time they said the company they were representing was Cash Advance. They stated the deposited money in my bank account on August 7,2011 and I had not repaid them. Well again I owe them no money, I borrowed no money from them and upon checking my account, there is no deposits. I THINK I WOULD KNOW IF MONEY JUST SHOWED UP IN MY ACCOUNT. This guy says they were pressing charges against me in Massachusetts. I invited him to file charges in my home state and my home city. This person told me no, he would not do this. I told him if he was a legitimate business and if he wanted any money from me he would have to take me to court in my home city. He then again said no. I then asked him if this was a legitimate business he said no. I told him to stop harassing me and to stop calling me. He then threatened to call my job until I got fired so I told him to go ahead be my guest and that I would be forwarding this information along with the phone number he called from and all other number to My states Attorney Gerneral's office. He then told me to shut up and started to call me names at which time I hung up. This person has just admitted they were not a legitimate business and that they will continue to harass me. This company will never get a dime from me. AGAIN TAKE ME TO COURT.
Man with a heavy indian accent calls saying i owe a payday loan....i never took one even checked my bank records to prove it and he insists i owe 525.00
Yes I receive 12 phone calls stating that I owed money to Cash Advance never in my life have I received a cash advance from anyone. I would have known if I did. They stated that they had all of my information. The man stated his name was Daniel Williams and his boss name was symond Hawk and they stated they were legal reps from cash advance but how can you be a legal rep from some place I have never received a call from. This man is really pissing me off I told him that I was going to call the FBI and the Boston, MA police and they hung up but 2 seconds later he called me right back.
The exact same thing keeps happening to me here in Texas as in Robin ..... I have Privacy Star I blocked them and I have had 21 calls from Alex Rodriguez lol no voice mails just calls lol They will not be getting a dime from me or my husband
