I too, have been dealing with EXTREMELY rude people at CR SYSTEMS. They said they sent me a notice of my debt, which I never received. I asked for another letter for my records and he refused saying it was a "stalling" tactic. He then asked my why I didnt have the money, which i told him was none of his business. Then he recites my credit reoprt score and all the available balances on my credit cards, and tells me to "just pay it in full on one of your credit cards." Every request I had from the debt validation letter to payment installments was declined. They want MY money NOW no matter how they get it!!
I am sending a letter to lthem requesting my info. It was a template letter found on www.debtconsolidationcare.com. I hope to hear a response through the mail and not people, literally, yelling at me over the phone.

i too have spoken with this guy as he is trying to track down a family member. leaves his number and a "reference number" and says he is with CRS -- but WON'T TELL ME WHAT THIS IS ABOUT!
this number has called my house a few times was rude and wouldn't say what the call was regarding. His name was Scott Ames telling me its in regards to my son but wouldn't say what. I called back no answer. keeps calling and needs to stop its annoying and extremely rude.
Called saying he needed me to call back about a personal matter that he could not leave on the answering machine. He said he was Sean Morris from CR Systems. When I called back he was rude. I asked him for his company and address and he would not tell me. I persisted that he send me a letter explaining what he wanted so urgently to discuss. He said he would not waste the paper. He finally hung up on me. He has called back two more times and left a recorded message after I imformed him not to contact me via telephone. I have filed a complaint and am awaiting the outcome. I found out they are CR Systems a credit collector Lic #DC0778
