I too, have been dealing with EXTREMELY rude people at CR SYSTEMS. They said they sent me a notice of my debt, which I never received. I asked for another letter for my records and he refused saying it was a "stalling" tactic. He then asked my why I didnt have the money, which i told him was none of his business. Then he recites my credit reoprt score and all the available balances on my credit cards, and tells me to "just pay it in full on one of your credit cards." Every request I had from the debt validation letter to payment installments was declined. They want MY money NOW no matter how they get it!!
I am sending a letter to lthem requesting my info. It was a template letter found on www.debtconsolidationcare.com. I hope to hear a response through the mail and not people, literally, yelling at me over the phone.

Called to collect a debt when i told him no problem paying it back and telling him how i could do it he insisted in his method,and got rude. I have a message for Scott Ames. You wouldn't give me your address but you know mine so when you get out from behind the i'm tough on the phone b.s. come by and talk in person,i'll bet you aren't that tough at all then. You know who i am. And i'll be calling and hanging up on you every day you p#@@y !!!
I got the same type of message on my cell phone from Kerri Walker. She said a "personal matter" of mine was "sent to her office" and needs to discuss it with me. I am glad I googled this website before I called her back.
And to whoever was asked if they even had a job by one of these people- just be happy that you don't have THEIR job, (which is probably WHY they are so rude over the phone!) It could be worse!
