I too, have been dealing with EXTREMELY rude people at CR SYSTEMS. They said they sent me a notice of my debt, which I never received. I asked for another letter for my records and he refused saying it was a "stalling" tactic. He then asked my why I didnt have the money, which i told him was none of his business. Then he recites my credit reoprt score and all the available balances on my credit cards, and tells me to "just pay it in full on one of your credit cards." Every request I had from the debt validation letter to payment installments was declined. They want MY money NOW no matter how they get it!!
I am sending a letter to lthem requesting my info. It was a template letter found on www.debtconsolidationcare.com. I hope to hear a response through the mail and not people, literally, yelling at me over the phone.

The same approach is being used by Kim Young. Leaves message saying she is returing my call about a personal matter call me back. I have called Sean in the past he was rude and unprofessional.
I rec'd a call from a Kim Young also saying it si imperative that I call her but didnt leave her company name or the matter in which she called about. Very strange!
I have gotten these same calls from this Scott Ames... Just like the other cases he was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude on the phone... He even went as far as to insult my intelligence and asked "Do you even have a job stupid?" To which I could only respond with a laugh... Its sad to know that Im not the only person who has dealt with this... Thank you to Stan and Jess I will be using the methods you've provided
