Robo-dialer call.  Spam.  "Save money on your electric bill" scam.

No Caller ID, no voicemail left.

Although message was left it was an interrupted robo-message and name of caller was not recorded - just press* to connect ..."

I didn't pick up. I am getting something like 10 calls a day from calls identified in 800notes. Very interruptive. I do need to look each time to see if the call is from a friend.

This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1731 hours.  I wasn't around to answer the call and I wouldn't have anyway because it's clearly a scam artist.  Legitimate companies abide by the DNC so "companies" who call me are in violation and clearly scam artists.
