This number called but left no message. When I used another phone to call back, the answering machine picked up right way, it said you if you want to put your number on do not call list, please press 1. Clearly it's a scam.
I have gotten calls from them many times and have asked to be put on the no call list, which is useless. This last time i tried to get some information to report them, but all I got was his name was Jeffrey, which probably isn't true. When I asked for their number or company name, he hung up on me. I am sure they will call again.
