"New" number to us, as yet unblocked. Same MO as everyone else; "FRAMINGHAM, MA" on CID. Tempted to pick up as spouse was in that vicinity on business today, but ususally uses a business cell to call. Didn't pick up as I was on another call on my cell. Rang 3 times & stopped. We get the bulk of our spam 'energy' calls from the 508 and 617 area codes these days, after suffering hundreds of call from out of state area codes. We are at a total of OVER 600 (yes SIX HUNDRED!) of just THIS type of spam calls since February 2015.
