Who called from 5106708540

I get at least 10 calls a day from this number, the phone hangs up before I get to answer the phone. This is getting old.

Phone ID said City of Alameda. I answered and a man with a Mexican Accent told me he was looking for work and wanted to know if I had any available. I said no. He then asked if I had the number to another company that may be looking for work. I told him I didn't know of anyone hiring. Note, I live in the county next to Alameda. I'm also about 50 miles from the City of Alameda. Stange. Not quite sure what's happening here.

i got a call from the same number. It was my case worker from the alameda county medical/ food stamps office.
