Some lady named Lisa Carter called my relative today and told her that i would be getting a judgement from the court if I didnt respond by 2pm. I have no idea who this person is or what they want. I called by to inquire and the person is not available to speak with me.
call from a cell phone, will not give a physical address, any written proof or bar association number. Call them out on it and they will hang up. Legit prosecuters or even collectors would not hang up. When I call them back they repeatedly hang up when they hear my voice.
THESE PEOPLE THOUGH TTHEY HAD ME. CALLED ME ONA DEBT I OWED OVER 9 YEARS AGO SINCE SETTLED THROUGH BANKRUPTCY. IN ANY CASE, THEY HOUNDED ME, THREATENED PROSECUTION TO THE POINT WHERE I HAD MY DEBIT CARD INFO SET UP TO PAY THEM OFF IN A PLAN TO END IT ALL. WELL, COMING TO MY SENSES, I WENT TO THE BANK AND MY AGENT TOLD ME TO GET A NEW CARD IMMEDIATELY. WELL THANK GOD I DID AFTER SEEING ALL OF THE SIMILAR SITUATIONS!! BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE IN TO THESE CRIMINALS!
This guy with a deep voice called. Saying that he has charged pending on me and he needs a call back within24 hours or he will send it all over to the State Attorney. Is this serious?? He has my last name from my past marriage also. I tried returning the call from a blocked number but it went directly to voicemail. Does anyone have any updated info on this??
I got a call today stating that I was "under investigation" and that I needed to call back ASAP. I got a similar call a couple months ago but from a different number about a warrant and court date. Total scam!
