Some lady named Lisa Carter called my relative today and told her that i would be getting a judgement from the court if I didnt respond by 2pm. I have no idea who this person is or what they want. I called by to inquire and the person is not available to speak with me.

STOP BELIEVING EVERYTHING PEOPLE TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE GET IT IN WRITING If they don't want to put it on paper then tell them to pound salt If they won't put it writing then that should tell you the claim is either BOGUS or past the statute of limitations and there is nothing they can do except try and scare you into a false claim and get what ever they can from you..
